Implementasi Sistem Informasi Reservasi Berbasis Website dan Pengembangan Media Promosi pada Sportatorium Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong digitalisasi dalam berbagai aspek, termasuk pengelolaan fasilitas umum seperti sportatorium. Sportatorium Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu merupakan fasilitas olahraga dan gedung serbaguna yang digunakan untuk berbagai kegiatan, mulai dari pertandingan olahraga, wisuda, seminar, hingga kegiatan sosial dan institusional. Namun, proses reservasi dan administrasi surat sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan benturan jadwal, keterlambatan layanan, serta kesulitan dalam pencarian arsip. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Reservasi Berbasis Web serta mengembangkan media promosi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, ketertiban, dan transparansi administrasi di Sportatorium. Metode kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall, meliputi tahapan observasi, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem berbasis web mampu memfasilitasi reservasi online, meminimalkan benturan jadwal, mempermudah pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar, serta menyediakan informasi yang mudah diakses oleh pengguna. Selain manfaat bagi pengelolaan sportatorium, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi peserta dalam menerapkan teori perancangan sistem, pengembangan basis data, dan pengembangan aplikasi web. Implementasi sistem informasi ini terbukti meningkatkan kualitas layanan, efisiensi administrasi, dan profesionalisme pengelolaan Sportatorium.
